Preparation access fees platform access, MCQs, mock exams, aur support cover karti hai. Yeh official test ya appointment fees se separate hai.

Agar confirmed payment ke baad access activate nahi hua, to payment screenshot aur registered email/phone number ke sath support se rabta karein.

Refund eligibility access use hone se pehle case by case review honi chahiye. Official test center ya government fees is platform ke control mein nahi hoti.
